"Simple to Reserve"
Awesome site, super user-friendly and packed with info. The booking was a breeze, and when I had to adjust my dates, it was a piece of cake. I’ve never used this company before, but everything seems fantastic with solid reviews, so we’re pumped to give it a shot later this year.

"The site was quite finicky"
The site was quite finicky, constantly pestering me with a newsletter pop-up that wouldn’t load. Thankfully, my partner figured out how to turn it off in the background, but it was super annoying since we had to attempt booking multiple times on three different devices. We also just discovered that you can't pay off your balance early or update your card info, which is a real letdown compared to other chalet campsites we've visited.

"Simple phone reservation process..."
I booked my stay over the phone since I think it's simpler than dealing with email or online forms, especially since I was using my ACSI discount card. The customer service reps spoke fluent English, which really made the whole booking process a breeze.

"Fantastic support, big thanks to Sandaya"
Prior to making my reservation, I had a question. I shot off an email and got a response in no time. Then a woman called me, her English was top-notch, and she addressed my question completely. Incredible service, I'm really impressed! Eventually, I went ahead and booked, but did it through the Caravan & Motorhome Club.

"We wished to shorten our..."
We wished to shorten our holiday by a day since we figured it’d be simpler for my wife and kids to land at Beziers airport. Sadly, just a couple of days post-booking, you mentioned we could do it but wouldn’t receive any refund. That’s a bit rough and will definitely make me reconsider using Sandaya in the future.
